Service
onpage.app provides AI visibility auditing tools. We query third-party language models on your behalf and generate reports based on their responses. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of LLM responses, as these are generated by external services.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person. Sharing credentials with others is not permitted on individual plans. Agency and Enterprise plans include multi-user access.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Square. Prices are in USD. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time; service continues through the end of the billing period. Annual plans can be refunded for remaining months if cancelled within 30 days of purchase.
Rate limits
Each tier has daily audit limits. Exceeding limits results in temporary throttling, not charges. We reserve the right to adjust limits with 30 days notice.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for automated scraping, competitive intelligence gathering that violates third-party terms, or any illegal purpose. Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions made based on audit results, LLM response accuracy, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
