How does the annual discount work?
Pay for 12 months upfront, get each month at 20% off. Operator: $468/yr instead of $588/yr. Agency: $1,428/yr instead of $1,788/yr. Enterprise: $4,788/yr instead of $5,988/yr.
What counts as an audit?
One audit = one brand + one set of queries (up to 5). Each query runs against each model. So a 5-query audit on 3 models uses 1 audit credit, not 15.
Can I switch tiers?
Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly plans: cancel anytime, no refund for partial months. Annual plans: refund the remaining months if you cancel in the first 30 days.
Why not credit-based pricing?
