What we collect

When you run an audit, we store the brand name, domain, queries, and results. This data is used to display your audit results and, for paid users, to maintain audit history.

When you create an account, we store your email address and authentication data through Clerk, our identity provider.

We collect basic analytics (page views, country, referrer) through Vercel Analytics and Plausible. Both are cookie-free and GDPR-compliant.

How we use your data

Audit data is processed through third-party LLM APIs (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) to generate visibility scores. Your queries are sent to these services as part of the audit. We do not use your audit data to train models or share it with third parties beyond what is needed to run the audit.

Data retention

Free tier: audit results are stored temporarily and may be purged after 24 hours. Operator tier: 30-day retention. Agency and Enterprise: retention per your plan terms. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Payments

Payment processing is handled by Square. We do not store credit card numbers. Square's privacy policy applies to payment data.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us at the address on our contact page. We respond within 30 days.
